The Rev. Christopher Cole is the 14th Rector of Calvary. He came to Calvary from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he served as Rector of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Previously, he served as Senior Associate Rector at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Arlington, Virginia, and at parishes in Athens and Atlanta, Georgia. His interests include spiritual formation, outreach and cultivating religious dialogue.

Chris is a Christ-centered, approachable, and collaborative leader with a thoughtful approach to ministry, a humble presence and a gift for preaching. Under Chris’ leadership, Calvary will continue to grow and be a place for congregants to experience God in a loving and accepting community.

A native of Western North Carolina, Chris is a graduate of UNC-Charlotte and Virginia Theological Seminary. When he is not working, he enjoys the great outdoors, fishing, traveling, and gardening. He is a baseball enthusiast (go Braves!) and an aspiring grill master. Chris’s wife, Alex, is a talented interior designer and the U.S. Managing Director for an international firm that focuses on hotel, restaurant, and multifamily projects. She travels a lot for her job, but always enjoys being involved in the Flower Guild at their parish.

A repatriated Jersey girl, Christine brings to Calvary a deep commitment to parish ministry and truly life-long Christian formation. Raised in a Roman Catholic family, she discovered the Episcopal Church after finishing her MFA, when a communications job at St. James’ Church on Madison Avenue unexpectedly redirected her life. The beauty of the liturgy, rigor of Anglican theology, mentorship of faithful clergy, and the call she had long felt in her heart led her to pursue ordained ministry. She prepared for the priesthood at Berkeley Divinity School at Yale and at the Yale Institute of Sacred Music.
Christine has served in congregations since 2011 throughout the NYC metro area and Connecticut; prior to Calvary, she served as Priest in Charge of St. John's, Pleasantville (NY). Her ministry is shaped by the mystical, the monastic, and the truth that God wastes nothing. A wife and mother of two, she values the intersection of family and vocation and draws inspiration from the faithful communities she serves. She is energized by seasons of rebuilding and renewal, and she joins Calvary with excitement and hope—ready to listen, lead, and co-create what God is doing in this next chapter.
Joseph O'Berry

As Director of Music and Organist, Joseph O'Berry leads Calvary's music ministry, overseeing the adult and children's choirs and shaping music for worship and parish life. He is passionate about the Anglican choral tradition and fostering vibrant, radically welcoming music programs that inspire participation and deepen the congregation's worship.​
Before joining Calvary in 2026, Joseph served for seven years as Associate Director of Music at Saint John's Cathedral in Denver, Colorado. His ministry has also included cathedral and parish appointments in Nashville, Seattle, Springfield (Massachusetts), Atlanta, and as Organ Scholar at Blackburn and Truro Cathedrals in England. Joseph has performed extensively as an organist and choral conductor throughout North America, England, and Australia.
When Joseph is not working, he enjoys spending time with his partner, Jeremy, and their 4 year old Cairn Terrier, Sir Leopold (Leo, for short). Joseph is a yoga enthusiast, enjoys the great outdoors, travelling, and loves to cook.

Originally from Albania, Shkelqim (Cimi) has been with Calvary for over 30 years. He takes care of the church’s campus, oversees repairs and is responsible for setting up for Calvary’s many meetings and events. Cimi and his wife, Mira, live on Calvary’s campus and have two grown sons.
